TC24 Rear Remote + top cylinder

   / TC24 Rear Remote + top cylinder #11
I was just logging on to ask a similar question, so I'll jump in here. I have the rear remote on my TC24. The only use I have for it at this time is the chute rotator on my snowblower. My question (or assumption, and we all know what happens when we ASSUME) is how much can be run off the single remote. Is there a splitter or some other way that I could use a hydraulic top link and still be able to run the chute on the snowblower? Also, what is required for a T-N-T system? Having just graded the road, the idea of having a T-N-T has been stuck in my head. The constant on and off the tractor to manually adjust the tilt of the rear blade gets old quick.

You need a hydraulic multiplier. V & M has just what you want. Or you could use an electronic diverter.

For a complete TNT you will need a hydraulic top link cylinder and a hydraulic tilt link cylinder, 4 hoses for the work ports and at least a 2 spool valve or some type of multiplier or diverter for a single spool.

The top link is the most important and the most used. If you only have one spool use it for the top link.

Brad,

Go to this thread and see how a V&M can be used. It should be just what you want.

Brad, it is my understanding that an Integrated Engineering T-N-T system is about $600 and it requires a single rear remote on your tractor. IE is currently in a transition phase and I believe they will be operating from a new location in a couple of weeks. They may be hard to reach right now.

I don't believe they do.

Dave I don't understand your comment. What did Bob say that was not correct?

Bob,
I thought that CCI's was about $600 and IE's was about $1200?

Jerry, I think you'll find the CCI unit to be IDENTICAL in EVERY WAY to the IE units.

That would be trully amazing. I would like to look at Carter's up close.

I had my remote installed On TC33D at the dealers for $235 and the top hydraulic cylinder was just a shade over $200 with hoses and fittings. I really don't know what style etc. it is but I do know that it works well. It makes using a box blade a real joy by just being able to push the control lever one direction or the other.
