IE has theirs on their site for $1200.
CCI has made a special one time purchase of parts that may look like IE's. Mark has his priced at $600, while supply lasts.

Bob had asked if Gannon's had Piloted Check valve and I was responding that i don't believe they do.

Just ordered a top remote only from IE, cylinder about 205, hoses with hookup 40+, and with shipping should be just under 300. Not cheap, but should have all the parts to hook every thing up right and in the size I wanted. Looked at CCI, but their site show that the size I wanted was out of stock.

My only complaint about the Top & Tilt kit that came from IE was the 60 inch hydraulic hoses that are supplied with the kit. Sixty inch hoses are overkill in my opinion and caught on just about everything and anything. I took the hoses to my local NAPA dealer and had them shortened. They look good now and are much less likely to get tangled up in my implements.

A bungee strap worked for me /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
You're right they are too long, I need to get them shortened some.

Bob NAPA charges less than 5 bucks a hose and it looks a lot nicer once they are shortened up a bit. I have attached a picture of my setup since the hoses were shortened. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

When I called, I asked how long the hoses were. Said I only needed a few feet, they said ok and will send that lenght. Should get the kit this week.
Case of question not asked? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

( Inspector, by tilt I mean the changing the agressivness of the cutting edge not side to side tilt.

But why won't I get any down pressure? Or, maybe a better question is how can you get down pressure? )

You can't add down force, practically. Belarus & some retro-fit 3pt hitch conversions for old tractors offer down pressure.

90% of the time it is not practical for anything. Putting down force on the 3pt removes it from the rear wheels, so you'll just spin out anyhow. For something like a box blade or rear blade, either change the upper arm length, or add weights to the blade.

You would need to plumb in a hyd cylinder to a fixed upper point, and have it push down on the bottom 3pt arms. Extending or shortening the upper arm will have no effect on down-force, just as if you spun the upper link by hand now.
