Tc25d
Hello all. I am new to the forum as I have recently purchased a used 2000 tc25d from my neighbor with only 520 hours on the meter. This morning while running it scrapping sod and moving yard debris I started losing power. It seemed like a fuel issue so I pulled the fuel filter and it was pretty ugly. Cleaned it all up, it fired right up, ran good for about 5 minutes and started losing power and stuttering again. I pulled the lines off the injectors and was just getting a drip drip drip while cranking. I pulled the fuel pump, cleaned it up and reinstalled but now I get nothing coming out of the pump. Not sure where to go from here other than to figure out how to test the fuel shutoff solenoid. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Define "pretty ugly" for the fuel filter.
If you have a microbial contamination the entire fuel system needs to be emptied, cleaned, and flushed.

Also always add diesel fuel biocide like for example Biobor JF to the fuel.

Pretty ugly means I have a new filter on the way, it still flows but needs replacement. Thanks for the additive tip, never new of microbial contamination.
The lines were cleaned, fuel flows to the pump verified by the bleeder screw, but nothing from the pump. 12v at the fuel shutoff solenoid when key on, can't feel or hear that the relay activates when power is applied.
