BE sure to check your tire pressure in those rears to be sure it's up to specs. I thought I had that problem, but it turned out that one of my tires was low, and the wheel was spinning, but the tire was not. From the seat I can see the tire, but not the wheel itself. Threw a bead and lost all my ballast. Cost plenty to get it refilled. I know. Dumb. But be sure about the tires...
This is likely it. From what I can see, there isn't a mechanism that allows a clutch to work the front, and not the back. Something is spinning on something somewhere, and this is the likely culprit.
Without a load, I can't tell my rear tires are flat(until I am on the side of a hill).
