Used a three point rotary cutter on the lane and ditches last night. Came in this morning to a huge hydraulic fluid leak on the floor. Apparently a stone or something flew out of chopper into the metal seal/plug just below the PTO output shaft. It broke the outside lip on seal and fluid is leaking out.
Is there anyway to change this seal without removing the operator station and disassembling the top to get in? It appears like the snap ring that holds the seal is internal. Maybe some way to remove PTO shaft and slide out and work through that hole? I circled where the seal is leaking
