Not sure how much free time you have on your hands to work your timber (my wife is a teacher - she works more hours than I do during the school year)... But you may want to look at the larger Class III machines - TC35, 40, 45 & Other equivalents. My Dad picked up a TC40DA for ~10% more than a TC33DA. It is more than 2X the tractor of my TC18, but it still fits into small spaces surprisingly well.
The increased HP will let you work faster. The Class III size machines are more suited to skid-steer quick attach accessories such as a grapple to move brush around.
If you have a decent local dealer, he should let you demo a couple different machines at your property.
