According to my Repair Manual, everything is the same after the transmission. You have the same PTO brake/clutch arrangement as the hydro models. I just can't see this as a problem in the long run unless there was an engineering snafu. If so, I think more of us would be having problems. I do think it would be wise to pull the throttle back to idle before disengaging the PTO. That way the brake would only have to stop the rotation from low r.p.m.. Personally, I make it a practice to engage and disengage the PTO from idle. I guess the "jury is still out" on this one until we get a little more long-term use on our tractors. Mine has 305 hr with no problems in the PTO drivetrain./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
