TC35D quick attach bucket

As I consider moving up to a TC35D, I am surprised that the bucket on the 16A FEL is not a quick-attach style, so that forks or other attachments could be easily used b esides the bucket. Does anyone know if there are any NH plans to modify the 16A/17A FELs to have quick-attached buckets and that would also use some of the same attachments as the NH Skidloaders?

On the NH 16A&17A loader the Quick-Latch system says removing w/ no tools in minutes,but also say you can add forks & hay spears etc..so I guess you don't remove the FEL just the bucket in minutes...I'm confusing myself here. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
I would think popping about 4 pins you would free the bucket than add your attachment.

I just picked up my TC40D and I was able to order it with a bobcat style quick-attach bucket and forklift forks, they work great.

kcbarnes, can you post a picture? I've been hearing about this "Bobcat setup" on the 16LA, but I haven't seen a photo of it actually installed. I'd love to see your setup if you get a chance to post a photo.

You should be able to order the quick attach option for the 16LA FEL from NH. The list price for the option is $350.00 (I pay $280.00 for it). I ordered my bucket and pallet with quick attach version from my NH dealer. P.S. I will get my attachmnts next week.

I have been checking with my dealer fairly often for the last 6 mo. and this is the first I have seen of the quick-attach setup. It looks terrific. I was beginning to think it was one of those things that would always be delivered "real soon now."

Is there a bracket that mounts the standard bucket or do you have to get a different bucket? Also any info on the pallet forks for it? I wish I had heard about this before I bought my tractor last month. I guess I will call my dealer...
