Well, if you get no replies from actual owners, I suggest the $18, metric (small sizes) tap & die set at Harbor Freight. It's in a wooden case and though the dies are hard to read (acid etched) it is one of the few HF tools that don't suck. I say that because it comes with a metric thread gauge. You'll not be tapping or die-ing for this project, but you will be able to use the dies (or thread gauge and a caliper) to find the correct metric size and pitch for a gauge kit as opposed to your current sender.
