Hello,
I'm a Texan retiring to Tennessee with my wife(a Tennessee native). We've purchased a 60 acre farm in the Nashville area and will be relocating within the year. 20+ acres of improved pasture and the rest in beautiful hardwoods. Don't have a tractor yet as this is all new, but would welcome any advice on type, size, how to find a deal on a good used tractor, etc. Looking forward to writing the next chapter.

I think you got that plan backwards.

My brother and I bought used with 3 implements (which is pretty nice...) we wish we had 4WD in retrospect, but the savings on used plus implements would have us making the same decision.
