Well, I do admit that it's a very nice area. Lots of sandy soil means good gardens with BIG watermelons. Fruit orchards do very well in this area too. Just down the road about 5 miles is Brushy Creek Vineyard and about 1/4 mile north on the same side of the Hwy at the Spur 511 exit is a classic car graveyard. You might find that AMC Pacer I accused you of using as inspiration for your user name.
