Yep, that's it, thanks Don. Only problem with me doing that, is I'm not home every day when I work.

That's OK with them. They have a page for that called the "Multi-Day Accumulation" page.
Also you do not have to report zero every morning it does not rain just leave blank and fill in the zeros at the end of the month or whenever.
it is pretty idiot proof, I can do it!

Ron,
Glad to hear the RGV Farmers are loving it. I love south Texas oranges. Wally World had some last visit, so I bought two, 8 pound bags.
hugs, Brandi
We have a orange tree on my RV site. But the oranges are so sour even the birds will not eat them. The grapefruits are the best. We buy our Texas oranges at the local roadside market.

One or two. Two at the most. I'm still eating them.
hugs, Brandi

I'm glad they don't bother you. I love oranges but after eating one 3-4 days straight or drinking today's frozen juice which has all the pulp and skin ground in for 3-4 days, they tear me up.
When I was your age they didn't, so enjoy them while you can.

I love fresh oranges, orange juice, and orange juice blends. As long as the container is labelled 100% juice, it's good for me. I also like grape juice. Can someone be a grape-juice-aholic?:D Juices and fresh fruit are a substantial part of my diet as are salads and veggies.

Ron Hall:
We just finished the with-beans chili we had frozen. I'm gonna try and save you some of the without-beans type. If you want beans, we can fix them and add them.

Ron, have you tried the "low acid" OJ?

Probably, but I'm not sure which brand she has been getting lately.
I'm like "Morty" I don't clean, I just make dirt..:D

If Doves could talk....
I bet it is saying when will this blasted snow go away.
A lot has evaporated without melting but what is left will probably still be here for the
next round that is predicted.

Our Woody's have finally shown up. We left the feeder by the tree empty and it enticed them to
come over and eat suet. Even the Bluebirds that stay here in the winter are coming to the feeder even though there is nothing in there they like. Then they jump down next to the house and look for worms and bugs, I guess.
We need to get some mealy worms according to my wife.
The 10 degrees on the weather report does match our thermometer in the heat pump that is in the shade.
It is 24 out back on the LaCross where the birds are feeding, so quite a difference.

When is your first fishing day planned?

It was a crisp 9 F here this morning as shown on both of my thermometers. I have my fingers crossed, hoping for some rain early next week. Ever since I put up my new rain gage, it has not rained a drop. If my bluebonnets don't get rain soon, I won't have any when April rolls around.:(

Are you saying you don't have enough hoses? :D

Robby--Let's be nice...........don't start throwing that "Y" word around, some of us Natives might take exception. I'm seasoned (old) and remember snow and really cold weather in San Antonio and Houston a few times.

God Bless Texas........even when it's cold.

I appreciate you trying to saving some until April. Even here in south Texas we keep having cold day meals. Chili and soup helps to survive the cold temperatures.

Jim, I seen a "Yankee" once, they was playing the Dodgers! It was the day we landed on the moon, so they stopped the game for the National anthem:D Must have been where we where sitting, I couldn't "smell'm", but grandfather, being a hardcore Dodgers fan, said they stunk too!!

Well, I didn't say that they stunk. Besides, I may have been smellin' Okies instead.:D

Be careful now. My family were Texans before they became Okies and then Texans again.:D My paternal grandfather said he was 5 years old when they moved from Bowie, TX, to Indian Territory as homesteaders, and I was born on that homestead; didn't get back to Texas until I was nearly 17 years old.

As long as you got back as soon as you could, Bird.

Yeah, nothing really wrong with going to OK or even living there if one has to do so for a reason……..as long as you get back as soon as possible and don't let it 'take' on you. :D
