Did you eat a number of them before your stomach problem?
One or two. Two at the most. I'm still eating them.
hugs, Brandi

Yep, that's it, thanks Don. Only problem with me doing that, is I'm not home every day when I work.
We have a orange tree on my RV site. But the oranges are so sour even the birds will not eat them. The grapefruits are the best. We buy our Texas oranges at the local roadside market.Ron,
Glad to hear the RGV Farmers are loving it. I love south Texas oranges. Wally World had some last visit, so I bought two, 8 pound bags.

Ron, have you tried the "low acid" OJ?

It was a crisp 9 F here this morning as shown on both of my thermometers. I have my fingers crossed, hoping for some rain early next week. Ever since I put up my new rain gage, it has not rained a drop. If my bluebonnets don't get rain soon, I won't have any when April rolls around.![]()
I know what you are talking about Robby,, We live below I-10 and they let the little kids out of school,, in case it snowed.. Little kids in the streets waiting on the snow.. it never came.. They were asking,, were the snow? we never seen snow before and they " the weathermen" said it would snow here today.. I was the one,, that came out of my warm house and had to tell the little children to get out of the front of my house cause you were causing a scene.. Hey I am not a weatherman.. Lou
ps.. here comes the hate :laughing:mail..
Boy you north texans sure have some cold temps. Are y'all sure you're not Yankees, you're so far north.:jump:
I appreciate you trying to saving some until April. Even here in south Texas we keep having cold day meals. Chili and soup helps to survive the cold temperatures.I love fresh oranges, orange juice, and orange juice blends. As long as the container is labelled 100% juice, it's good for me. I also like grape juice. Can someone be a grape-juice-aholic?Juices and fresh fruit are a substantial part of my diet as are salads and veggies.
Ron Hall: We just finished the with-beans chili we had frozen. I'm gonna try and save you some of the without-beans type. If you want beans, we can fix them and add them.

We aren't Yankees, but we can smell them from here. . . much better than what you smell in south Texas, eh?
Jim, I seen a "Yankee" once, they was playing the Dodgers! It was the day we landed on the moon, so they stopped the game for the National anthemMust have been where we where sitting, I couldn't "smell'm", but grandfather, being a hardcore Dodgers fan, said they stunk too!!
Well, I didn't say that they stunk. Besides, I may have been smellin' Okies instead.![]()
Be careful now. My family were Texans before they became Okies and then Texans again. My paternal grandfather said he was 5 years old when they moved from Bowie, TX, to Indian Territory as homesteaders, and I was born on that homestead; didn't get back to Texas until I was nearly 17 years old.
As long as you got back as soon as you could, Bird.
