Some things still flourish in the dry, hot weather, grass burrs and poison ivy, being among them. After avoiding the poison ivy the past few years, evidently I am trying to make up for it this year. Not sure if I got into it at a work location, or if I got into it last weekend, while trimming shrubs around the house. (Hope it wasn't the latter, as I have more of those to trim this weekend!) Anyway, what is normally a massive itch, becomes an all consuming itch, in the heat. So far, it is confined to my arms, and it better stay there. At least I can those in public and not have people think I am tacky!

I don't seem to be allergic (Knocking on wood) but a friend of mine got it on his neither regions a few years ago, between all the improper itching he had to endure a massive amount of jokes on how it possibly landed there!

Congratulations Brandi! Grandmommies are allowed to look frazzled. Chloe is a beautiful baby girl. Here's hoping momma and daddy are both fine too and home soon. I think I see some tractor toys and pink TSC ballcaps in your future Christmas lists.;)

Thanks All.
Jim,
I was at TSC this morning and they have a very large collection of Green clothes, including some Oneies.
No RED.
Mom and Dad are well. I go back Wednesday (for 5 days of spoiling) when Dad goes back to work. Yippee!
hugs, Brandi

Brandi,
Precious pictures. They will become more valuable as time passes to your family.
I lightened one up for a little better detail. Your handheld exposures of 1/8th second are just too slow
to avoid camera shake and unsharpness. Anything under 1/60th is too slow and even then you have to concentrate
on holding the camera properly and hope the subject doesn't move.
Pictures are a capture of a once in a lifetime moment so take lots of Chloe as she grows up.
Ron

Ron, Thanks. However, I am not worried about the camera. It was the camera person...................my ex. I did not like any photos of me, my daughter, and grand daughter. My ex was fumbling with it trying to find the button to take the photos. Don't get me started. I have great long range videos of George Strait concerts taken with that camera that makes my daughter want a Kodak like mine.
Reminds me of my Dad with a camera. You could always tell the photos Dad took because the tops of heads are cut off in the photos!
hugs, Brandi
