My niece got reserve with her lamb this year at county. Not bad first year grand second reserve and she's only 9 but works hard. I desided this year to help a friend of mines son and donate him a steer to show,I didn't think mine where good enough so I purchased a red angus, get it in june.

Quit it foreman.......You're giving me "Grapple Envy"......again.

Isn't that the truth. I like your grapple. I was torn between getting a bottom cross bar to cut vegetation and no crossbar to dig deep. Now I only need the cross bar about 50% of the time. I like your wide opening lid. The only thing I would add, because of my poking cedar limbs, is some kind of mesh steel on the center back to protect the tractor.

For those in north Texas with gardens in, have you looked at Monday night's forecast?!?!?! Yesterday, was calling for a low Monday night of 37*. Now calling for a low of 33* and FROST! I am NOT amused!!! :pullinghair: :muttering:

TXDon I will keep that in mind,im just curious if that would allow for some of the limb to become caught in it and not wonna come out? I havent had an issue with them yet coming close to the tractor, except when was clearing behind house a small dead limb fell on loader,it was really small didnt hurt anything but got me looking closer now. I was suprised what could pull up and if tractor would pull up with loader,if just back up with it,would pull roots and all out the ground then could lift. What would have taking me hours to clean by hand i had it piled up ready to burn in no time, with this thing.

Grapple is, by far, the best attachment I have. It's on the tractor way more than bucket.

NOT amused, and even a bit surprised, but the NWS forecast for Denton for Monday night:

Areas of frost after 1am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 32. Windy, with a north wind 20 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

I like "cool" weather, but this is ridicules for the garden. I may be replanting AGAIN
