Dang, Bindian! I get back on for a brief visit to the site this evening, and find the sad news. I am so very sorry for your loss. They are family, and it hurts to lose them. May time lessen the pain. You have my sympathy.

I'm sad to say I told the vet to put Booger down today. He had no change overnight. The vet said, today, it wasn't auto-immune disease. She said she had 5 theories and none fit Booger's symptoms. She said he was fighting some toxin. I asked her opinion and she said put him to sleep.

When I went to see him, he was laying on some blankets on the floor. He never moved his head when he saw me, just wagged his tail when I talked to him. I layed on the floor with him and patted his head as she put him to sleep. I buried him near the turn-a-round of the driveway under a huge cedar tree. Just like Native Americans did.

Dog gone it, (no pun intended) that poem got me crying again. I wasn't sure if you understood my call yesterday before the vet put Booger to sleep. I promised Seeloff (sp) photos, so here they are in random.
