We are about 15 minutes from Canton. We are thankful that the tornadoes missed us but it was bad. We still don't have power, and I just got cell service a few hours ago.

I'm planning on driving by there today. I told my boss I needed to be home, my mom is bed ridden, luckily we have a generator.

We got electricity last night after 3 days, and when I went downtown yesterday everything was operating. Here's a couple of not so good pics on state highway 198 about 9 miles from my house. 1493739111500.jpg1493739146063.jpg1493739169719.jpg

Personally no, lots of people will be without power for at least another week.

I've made great progress, on our ranch, since I retired, a year ago. This place was 3' high weeds everywhere when we bought it. This pasture has been my ag experiment. I've used no herbicides and mowed it 2-3 time a year. Now, all Bermuda and native grasses. Herbicides would have eliminated the wildflowers but, wife likes them so, they stay.
