Probably because Excel spreadsheets can contain script, which can be used to transmit computer viruses, etc...

I just added the guesses that are within ~15 posts/hour of the current/historical average of ~47 posts/hour to the spreadsheet. I also added a calculation of how many posts per hour would be needed to reach them (based on the current date/time and number of posts remaining).
