I cant belive I used to do it the old way. Here I am hitching up to my 27' Larson Cruiser. Its a 2007 weighing 9,680# confirmed ay a scale with 910# on the tongue.

The truck is my 2008 Nissan Titan. It weighs 5,840# with just me in it and 3/4 tank of fuel. With the wife and two kids figure another 220#.

Total weight rolling is 15,740#. I have towed this boat with this truck somewhere between 15,000 and 20,000 miles and it always averages about 9.1mpg.

I have a factory back-up camera on my '12 F-450. Amazing how clear it is and how it makes hooking up easy, especially to something like a hay baler that can't be moved easily.

Ba-Humbug. I have been using an angled mirror for years before the new fangled back up cameras were installed. Cheaper and dependable. And if I get in a jam I can signal morse code with the mirror to the Indians on the other mountain...

Looks very handy. A few years back, I gave myself a hernia by trying to lift the tongue of my tool trailer onto the hitch...'cause it was only an inch or so off, and I was tired of backing/checking/backing/checking (yeah, I'm a dumbarse). Had to end up getting surgery, so something like this would be great (and cheaper than surgery ) if I ever get back to using a trailer regularly.

No, its factory Nissan. It displays on my 8" nav screen automatically when you select reverse.
