"" I use both feet to slowly ascend and descend the stairs of my front porch. That would be impossible using your right foot method!! Just right foot might work OK going up, but backing down the stairs I must use the reverse pedal to move across the treads, and then quickly use the forward pedal to slowly and smoothly descend the risers!

Patience!! That photo in currently in my camera! It should be out next week!
PS: The porch is only 4 steps high, but by driving the front wheels up there and then using my 5' man lift, I could fix my flag pole with my PT-425 rather than using a shaky ladder. You know me - I'm all about safety!!
