I dont think that is correct. Its all based on steering angle of the front wheels and the internal guts of the AWD takes care of the rest. I have the GR2100 brochure and it has a good diagram of how it works. It is a mower, but its the only model I've seen witha hydraulic blower and front blade.

OK perhaps your brochure shows if it has a tiller attachment? That is a feature I need as well as the mower and the front blade.

Did you, or anyone else, look at the Challenger MT series from CAT?

Thanks

</font><font color="blue" class="small">( Scrounger,

I have not purchased yet. I was interested in the Ingersoll 3k-4k machines but cannot locate any dealers close enough to make them a viable option.....
Chris )</font>

Ingersoll announced very recently that they are not going to build anymore tractors, just parts. I have confirmed this through 2 different sources, so you might get a good deal on one if you can find one in your area. I'm personally sad to see them drop out of the business, they were an excellent machine.

Oh, I hope your dealer was kidding! These certainly sounds like a 'hokey' setup to me.

I followed up online and from what I saw at
http://deenimplement.com/kubota_gr-series.htm
The dealers statements about the inside rear wheel losing power during a turn are here in print but I didn't see anything describing the actual mechanism. It also doesn't speak of any PTO's besides for the deck or any additional items like a tiller so...
I have listed the url above for you to decide what if.

Its basically a great mower and a snow remover from what I've learned. I'm looking at a BX15 or a 2230 now.

I like the 2230 with the cab installed on it. Keeps the rain and snow off yet the front window opens and if the doors are removable then you wouldn't bake in the summer. Now if only it would fit the 1500.

Neither as I am still talking to the dealer about it, but in the rain or snow or just to keep the sun off, the cab sems like it would be nice. Based on price I might consider others but there is something to be said for the fit, finish and extras that are in it. Not to mention that it is covered by Kubota so you have a one shot warranty solution.
