Well Junkman, let me be the first to complement you on a fine restoration of that old homestead. I must have taken you years of sweat and labor to undo the ravages of time.

Have you considered getting a government grant to fix that fence post? I would think that you could get that back to plumb for less than 100k. Then you could get you place on the national hysterical registry and the town couldn't touch it. Just tryin' to help. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Larry - Did you really mean hysterical or mis-typed historical? The former seems to fit better.
