They are different. Why would it need to?

This should be the case, but with G.H.W.Bush's executive order, Monsanto has all the rights................Kinda backwards. One issue I have wondered about...since Roundup Ready Corn will cross pollinate with another farmer's corn down the road, would not Monsanto be liable for the cross pollination and messing up the other farmers corn? For example, maybe the corn grown down the road by another farmer is a genetically pure strain used for seed corn, (and not RR), and was cross pollinated by the RR corn up the road. Monsanto has rules about replanting their RR corn, I know. But this goes beyond that...and affects another farmer's seed business which needs to be pure.
Opinions?
Actually, the most recent satellite observations from NASA, prove that Dr. Richard Lindzen, and Dr. Roy Spencer have been spot on in their resaerch. It's my understanding that the data has proven that it is cosmic rays, and upper level clouds that have been fueling the warming. Most people don't realize that thye most prominent greenhouse gas in our atmosphere is actually water vapor. But that is the subject for another thread.I doubt that anyone can actually prove global warnimg, however it sure is hot. Just because something hasnt been proven doesnt mean it isnt so. I point this out because i see a correlation between this argument and the other.
It usually does.A friend of mine had an organic oyster company on tide flats that had been invaded by exotic grass. That grass was imported accidentally by the larger oyster companies with oyster seed they had bought from Japan. The companies, the state, and the feds, pushed to have the grass sprayed with an aquatic version of glyphosate. He fought against it for years but the spraying went on. It took him out of the business. He and his friends not only proved that the grass could be managed by cutting, but that it had value for paper making. Too much bother for the Machine to be concerned. Now they spray the grass and have also gone to war against the ghost shrimp with carbaryl. There is no longer any such thing as an organic oyster in Willapa Bay, otherwise, the cleanest estuary on the west coast of the US.
On edit, the oyster growers there have determined to end carbaryl use by 2012. It must have come back and bit 'em.
They are different.
Actually, it does. That doesn't answer the question.
Actually, it does.
Do a little investigation please.
EDIT: You may need to dig deep on this one, since it really hasn't been put into production yet. But I did post an article on it earlier, you are welcome to check out that link, then go from there.
I'm not trying to be a smart**s, nor am I trying to sound like a 'knowitall', but I would like people to investigate these things themselves............That way they know for sure. The information is out there. As I was told before..............Universities are doing the studies now.
It will be in a refinery near you real soon.............the links would have shown that to you...........apparently you haven't looked at any info I've provided, and just want to start trouble. If it is not in production yet it doesn't make a difference yet does it?

Have a good day Sir.
More current than you realize.Beside you brought it up as a current issue when it clearly is not.
