I was told by a health department restaurant inspector (many years ago) that some eating establishments do have a special menu; you just have to know to ask for it.

I did not ask for anything special, just chicken, they were closed down later that week for serving cat. Had dog in Thailand, that was the best thing I had the hole time I was there. Ed
