Thermostart switch New Holland 3930

Does anyone know how to install a termostart switch on a New Holland 3930? This is the switch that preheats for cold weather starting

Thermostart is controlled by the key switch; there is no dedicated switch. Turn the key from 'Off' past 'Acc" and 'ON' to a point just where the instrument cluster warning lamps go off, but the starter is NOT engaged. At that point, the thermostart unit is powered. There is no detented switch position for Thermostart. Thermostart is also powered whenever the starter is cranking.

YUP, Rick had it right. I have the same design on my 3910 and if I hold it about 45 seconds it will start on about the third or fourth crank down to 20 degrees. A few days ago at 8 degrees it took a few more cranks but it fired up and ran fine.
