appreciate it, but that looks like a debit card from the checking account.i just want a cc% im not changing banks
Actually, if they starved, it's their own fault... A local church will help those kinds of folks, as will local food banks...Very good friends lost their prize breeding stock in a barn fire many years ago. Had they not been able to LEGALLY use the bankruptcy laws their children would have starved. Would you like to see children starve or admit that using legal techniques on the law books is an acceptable route? Please reconsider.
Oh, a farmer...I don't know if I'm exceptional or not, but some say I am out standing in my field.![]()

It'd be interesting to see who has a higher credit rating of the following, especially among #2 & #3 who have both proven that they pay off loans:
1) Someone who's never had a loan, has (let's say) $X assets, $Y cash that could cover loan.
2) Someone who's had a loan, but paid it off in 1/4 time (i.e. "robbed" bank of interest), has same $X assets, $Y cash that could cover loan; or
3) Someone who's had a loan, but paid it off as per schedule (i.e. bank got full interest), has same $X assets, $Y cash that could cover loan.
As others have said, "your" score is penalized for not being in debt, but I wonder if it's penalized for not giving banks all the interest they expected?
I don't recall ever hearing of that being done. IF . . . they actually have a way of recording the information, sounds like a good idea. But of course, we traveled to every state except California and Hawaii for six years, including a couple of long trips to Alaska and never had a credit card problem when we were doing that.
I had a gas company Visa card bounce once ... at the pump .... just after I had already used it at the same pump. I filled the car, then shut it off and restarted it to fill some gas cans. I needed to do that because of different budget codes in an accounting program I used. Their story was that there was a history of people stealing CCs and using them at gas stations to fill several cars in a row, collecting cash from the other drivers. I thought that was a bit far fetched.
I also, don't owe anyone a nickle. I did forget to pay my credit card a few months ago. I had paid it early (as usual) and somehow got confused.
I was beside myself, when I had to pay "INTEREST". Usuallly, they see my history and fix little things like that for me. They didn't offer and because it was totally my fault, I did not push it.
