I did a lot of work in the woods in between tractors, hard work but rewarding none the less, slow and steady.

How does this happen?
Many many stories have evolved from a bad Kioti

I normally read everything from CM with great care. He knows a great deal about these tractors and has assisted many on this site. But any future flames between him and LaK will get bypassed faster than spam in my inbox.

I sincerely hope these pics were taken before the tractor went back to dealer for repair and are NOT the friends "borrowed" tractor, mentioned in another post, that has now died.

LaK, I had just as many issues with my CK30, the big difference between my situation and yours is that mine never let me down and never left me stranded. I had still had enough though and even though it cost me a few thousand bucks, trading for a new tractor was the BEST thing I've done. I had many many many separate issues with my CK30 in the first year and in the same amount of time with my DK45, the only problem I've had is losing a pin from the stabilizer bar and tearing a few things off the cab, neither of which is a Kioti issue.

For me, my dealer made it pretty easy. They gave me almost all my money back on my CK30 and made me a good deal on my DK45. I'm not sure that's going to be as easy for you since you don't seem to get along with any of the dealers you've worked with so far and you got into it a little with one of them here on TBN. Still, trading is what you should be looking to do. You've been offered direct assistance by at least two TBN members so if you won't take their help, you can't fix it yourself, and you can't afford to get it to a dealer to fix, the only two choices I can see you having is to just sell and be done with it or make a deal to trade it for another make/model.

No idea about the friend's tractor. He mentioned in a post 7/27 that he had borrowed it and was much better than his. Same model.

It's at the dealers right now . I had a guy that goes to our church and in trade I'm building a ramp on his deck. So lucky that a friend let me use his a couple time to finish a part of the road. He has had his dk for 5yrs and only one issue a glow plug he even hop on mine and said that its like driving to different tractors that mine when he tried back dragging with the tip of the bucket if die out .
