It's at the dealers right now . I had a guy that goes to our church and in trade I'm building a ramp on his deck. So lucky that a friend let me use his a couple time to finish a part of the road. He has had his dk for 5yrs and only one issue a glow plug he even hop on mine and said that its like driving to different tractors that mine when he tried back dragging with the tip of the bucket if die out .

Good, I'm glad it's finally at the shop. Considering how difficult it is for you to get it there, don't even think of taking it back until you've played around with it for a while. Take if for a drive, see if the dealer has a dirt pile you can play in, who cares what you do with it but an hour + of testing at the dealer might save you from having to go threw this painful process again. They're awesome tractors, I hope it works out for you and you can see that for yourself.

They are working hard and found a lot of defects. Will get me the write up a of all of it. But where shocked that a dealer sold this. He said must not be a 5paw dealer. Lol that and someone out of state bought it. Only saving grace is it falls in Maine lemon law because we mail a check.

Hope they get it fixed would be nice get back to work with it. Instead for trying to keep it going.

Will be interesting to hear the outcome, LaK have the dealer post on the forum what they find, that way we can hear it from the horses mouth.

You've been offered direct assistance by at least two TBN members so if you won't take their help, you can't fix it yourself, and you can't afford to get it to a dealer to fix, the only two choices I can see you having is to just sell and be done with it or make a deal to trade it for another make/model.

LaK and I were trying to work out our schedules so I could take a look at his tractor for him. He found a guy to get the tractor to the dealer before he and I could get together so I never got the chance to go look at it. If I can get my trailer brakes working by the time the dealer is done with the tractor, I might be the one to go pick it up for him.

Three things.
1) I love the picture of the drunk cat. Every time I see that picture it makes me smile.
2) I agree with you regarding CM. I'm a big fan. He is very generous and intelligent. People who have not read all of LaK's threads and CM's offers of assistance (that were declined), may not understand the nature and extent of CM's frustration.
3) I too would love to hear from the dealer. According to Nathan the selling dealer was terrible, and Upper Valley and Whittemore and Sons failed to diagnose and repair his Kioti.

Nathan, if you or Meghan are reading this, three things;
1) please ask the dealer who is repairing your tractor to post here. Many of us have followed this saga for some time now, and would like to know the cause(s) of the chronic problems that have plagued you since delivery, and the fixes.
2) Please reconsider your plan to drive your tractor from Lisbon to Vermont. A slow moving vehicle could cause a serious accident.
3) On a non technical but related topic, best wishes for you and your family in your new home in Vermont.

That would be great, LaK has a hard time conveying the circumstances.

Sometimes it just takes a human to do the job.

I use my tractor to haul my rock jack around; but it's all position by hand hand pump it once we're there. I could use a 15 ton excavator to do the job, but I'd have to cut half the trees down to get it in there.
