Things happen even to the best of equipment...
With your dealer taking care of you it makes the situation better...
If that happened to me, I would be hard pressed to not continue supporting him...

I'm guessing what ever was wrong with the tractor, none of the saftey switches were going to work.

Crow, can you or anyone else post a pic or describe in detail where the shutoff lever is? I hope I never need it but just in case.

Opps I was wrong no shut off valve I was looking at the wrong side of the tractor, there is a white plastic valve there dont know what it is for, Sorry.:newhere:

We often complain about bad dealers or bad service so it's nice to hear about excellent service.

I also live in Canada (Eastern Ontario) so I'm interested in hearing the dealer's name. I don't think he'd have a heartache seeing his name in print as a dealer giving good service.
