Loader Third and Fourth Function L5030 with a BH92 and LA853 FEL

Looking ot put a third function on my FEL as well as my BH92. Does anyone have any experience doing this?

Yes. A WR Long third function valve specifically configured for the front loaders on our series of Kubotas. (Mine's the Grand L4330 with an LA853 loader). It consists of a mounting bracket for the valves, hoses between the tractor's hydraulic access point and the joystick, replacement joystick knob with a built-in momentary switch, and wiring from the tractor's wiring to the solenoid operated valves. Works well for intermittent use (grapple, in my case) but the instructions warn against continuous use, like a snowblower. This was about 10 years ago so the kits may be different by now.

Thanks for the response, I am aware of the WR Long kit, They told me I would need 2 kits, one for FEL grapple and one for the BH92 backhoe grapple. Looking for something less $$ as well as possibly an integrated block.

I know that it was expensive 10 years ago. Cheaper may require tracking down your own components, rather than Kubota specific solutions. In that case, you may want to move this thread into the Hydraulics forum.

I have the WR Long on my L3130 loader and like how it works. I have a Bradco 408 backhoe and I think I would lean towards an electric diverter for a thumb for easy plumbing. To plumb 2 more hoses all the way out on a backhoe boom may be a challenge. I have 2 factory rear remotes for Top and Tilt but would not use them and they are dead when the backhoe is on anyway.
