Hawgee, the nice thing about the h/d magnets are the size, only about 1/8" (more like 3/32)T X 5/8"W X 1 1/2"L, and the little turkeys take some exertion of force to pry them off whatever they stick to! Definately will hang on to something!

The little parts tray was a bargain from Harbor Freight Tools. The magnet is rubber covered and sticks like glue. The tray is stainless, so no rust. The one we drag around the barn and burn pile is 10 inches in diameter and will pick 50 pounds. Too much for that coffee mug. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Muhammad - In that case, I'll definitely post a picture. You've just got to see this thing. I'll have to work out a clever way to indicate the scale in the picture, though, or you won't believe it - maybe two shots, one of it sitting on the fender and the other sitting in the steering wheel or something.

The tool trucks, like my brothers' Matco trucks, carry those stainless steel trays (look like ash trays) in different shapes and sizes and the magnet is strong enough that some mechanics stick the trays upside down to the under side of a car hood and as they remove nuts and bolts, they simply put them in the overhead tray and they'll stay there.
