I'd say that was an 8 for technical difficulty and 10 for execution on the front flip.

However, I'd rather be inside wearing a four point harness than try to swim to the thing and board after it has been launched. Might have a bump on my head but I don't like the chances of reaching and boarding the lifeboat after launch!

Those boats are designed to be boarded then launched and they always hit point first but usually not perpendicular like that one. Passengers buckled in properly should be ok even with the front flip.
