I know it is not directly tractor related but since we use computers to talk about tracotrs I have yet another question.
Any guesses as to why when pulling up the Internet Explorer or Firefox or even while already on the internet such as here at TBN I move to a different forum or to a different website or just try to open the browser and I get " This page cannot be displayed. This only happens on the lap top which is wireless. The desktop continues to function normally. I have tried repowering the router (unplugging), turning the wirless button on the laptop on and off etc. The signal indicator and status indicates there is a signal--yet--"this page cannot be displayed". I have found that sometimes I just keep at it and it starts working again or if I reboot it starts working again. This only started the last few days but then only recently have I been wireless all the time with the laptop. I suspect a router problem but it could also be software such as the ZoneAlarm? or mayne some hardware issue?---what y'all think? Coincidently all AOL was removed--best I know and ZoneAlarm became the firewall. It works, it don't work, then it works--what is going on? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
