Update
Had the dealer check all pressures etc. Everything good but I showed the mechanic what it was doing and he talked to the kubota rep. They say it is the nature of the beast. I found that it will only do it in high range or medium range H, does not do it in low or Med L. My 4610 hydro does not do this but you have to run that one in Med as the high range is only good for the road. I guess part of the problem is the 5740 has so much power that high or Med H range is possible on steep hills. I guess time will tell.
