Call the county DPW and get the job in their queue, around here that call gets you to the top of the normal work list.
For sure, the squeaky wheel gets oiled.

In my area they can drive by very obvious problems but only react to a citizen's call.
Better yet is an email.
I once complained that a supervisor had frequently* passed a very blatant infraction without making any reports.
They replied that it was not his job!

*major road work was in progress and there was daily supervision

I once took photos of a problem and took them to public works. Within 48 hrs the problem was addressed. But then I'm known to them and they appreciate that I am not one to cry wolf, also I'm the VP of our owner's association.
(LOL, might help that I've contributed to their Xmas cheer 'beverage pot'. (40 oz for cold days))

Something like this in a 3 point version:

If they can do a backhoe, they should be able to do a small enough version of these.

Maybe turn off the blockers you run on your browser that even block the videos?

Regardless how I share the link, it will turn into that mini player version on the forum.
Be considerate of people with slow connections or daily bandwidth limits. Post fixed images, jpg, png instead of mp4 or whatever.

Get Starlink. Quit dinking around with uber expensive hack cable companies.

A picture won't fully express how it works but I forgot how paranoid you are about videos, browsers and adblockers.

It was a simple 60 secs video that was actually recorded in 480p or even less. It won't use that much bandwidth at all.

I understand what the implement does, but not why it's being used. Doesn't it cut all the roots on the grape vines as it passes?

Not at all. These grape vines have very short roots and tend to go down on the ground. Besides, the plow is pulled in before it gets anywhere close to the vine.

This is done to keep weeds, brush, etc from growing in between the vines. This attachment uses either a small bottom plow, a disc or more commonly, an hydraulic string trimmer. Usually attached to a brush mower so it basically does two jobs in one pass.
