I have read your many tomes on other TBN threads about how awful the organization you work for is. If you work as hard as you complain, you are obviously too good for them. For the love of God, PLEASE LEAVE. :hissyfit: Both the Company and you will be happier for it.

Never quit anything in my life... but I did resign and was asked to stay with the promise of big changes coming.

My resignation letter was pulled from my HR file and it happened the same week as 2 other managers also resigned and they did leave... guess having the 3 of us resign the same week unbeknownst to the others sent shock waves through the greater organization... corp sent out counselors to address Quality of Work life...

I learned you can't change things by being silent...

As for Harassment... interesting newspaper story saying it isn't sexual at all... it is all about power and to focus in sex undermines women...

Back in the late '70s, I ran a printing press and on days that my foreman was absent, management would send a certain attractive lady with large assets from the front office to take his place. Several times, when standing at my work desk doing paperwork, she would show up and lay her large assets on my arm and watch me work. It made it really hard for me to concentrate on my work, no pun intended. Do I need to file a lawsuit, maybe it has affected me detrimentally all these years, why else would it be so vivid in my memory?:licking::licking::licking:

In the early '60s, I was a clerk in the Dallas Post Office. One day when I was working a window, and another clerk working the window next to me, a well endowed, but short, lady walked up to his window, reared back, then plopped them on the counter with a deep and audible sigh. The clerk got tickled and laughed. The lady said, "Well, they're heavy!"

Today, one of the fastest way to shut-off debate on a valid point is to declare your opponent an ______'ist.

I work with a young lad who recently commented that he is SO happy to finally leave university behind, partly because of the above issue.

I used to think that higher education was about learning, analysis, and understanding different points of view, with Debate being a valued part of that environment.

Guess that makes me Olde School.
