Thread posts with scroll bars

I just started seeing posts with scroll bars, rather then the entire post.
Is this new? Something I have set wrong in settings?

Yeah, I think it is. I had installed a game on the PC and some display properties were changed.
Now I have to figure out how to undo the changes.
Funny thing is, I've had the game (a mod, actually) installed previously with no issues.


UPDATED!!
Got it squared away.
As most of you know, holding the Control button down while rotating the wheel on your mouse increases and decreases the size of the font.
I had to do that after the changes in the display described above. Resizing the font removed the scroll bars.

Control and the number 0 will reset zoom to default.

And Control and + or - will also change the size of the display.

It helps a lot for us old ba**ards with failing eyesight.

Yeah, knew about that...works good for those who don't have a wheel mouse

Or those who eff it up by scrolling too much then the text goes very very big!
