Thread seal everything?

The only type of fitting that uses a "sealant" is tapered thread fitting like NPT (and variations) ... All other fitting use either a flair or sealing washer or 'O" ring to seal... Straight thread fitting do not require or use sealants...

Pioneer style would be NPT then I believe correct?

All ag couplers I have seen have NPT threads. I use LocTite 545 for hydraulic NPT threads.
I know I used Apache High Pressure Hydraulic Thread Sealant on some of the connections but I don't recall which one. Regardless I have the connections leaking at the attachment and where those hoses tie into the connecting hoses for the 3rd function. What do I need to do to troubleshoot? Is there a process to follow? I imagine the hoses need to be drained in some way and the couplers need to be taken off and cleaned. What would be the best way to do this?

Use any solvent that does not leave oily residue behind.... Petroleum Spirits (paint thinner), Acetone, Carb Cleaner (in spray can) and paper towels and Q-Tips and such.... Its not complicated....

Kioti DK6010 and it was the Kioti 3rd function kit not the W. R. Long kit.

Kioti kit would have been BSPP

You could tighten the fittings a bit to see if that helps. If not, you might have a mis-match between NPT and BSP threads. It would be very easy for this happen, because some sizes use the same thread pitch and diameter (1/2" and 3/4"). You have to closely inspect the threads to tell the difference. NPT on the left, BSP on the right:

I would start by checking all the fittings. Things can and do come loose from hose movement and vibration.

That is what I was thinking. Maybe expansion and contraction going from Winter to Spring loosened things up as well.
