Hi Mike
Going to look into this again now for a while.
The issue of the coating/spill on the PCB, in the photo you can see that the wires have some sort of paste on them, is thick and sticky, and i think that is what overtime and heat was rain across the pcb. I don't think it is the source of the PCB not working.
I am going to do a few more tests, and voltage reading.
One on the steering axle, that voltage is measured on the harness with the switch disconnected from it and I am going to do that test again.
Also I am going to reinstall the reverse light fuse, which i removed a few weeks back as the back up lights stay one as well as the buzzer.
This happened after I installed a new trailer light connector on the back of the tractor. Many i created some sort of short in that work, but as that connector also has a inline connector on the harness, easy enough to disconnect my work and then see if that effect anything. I know the buzzer will stop.
I am soon going to put everything back together as I need the loader soon for some work i have to do here on the farm.
Wish me luck and I will respond later today
Douglas

After looking at the PCB picture you took, I checked wiring color codes vs the wiring colors posted on page 6-25 and the rectangle at the right of the diagram is in fact the PCB. Without a schematic to that one can only guess what all goes on internally.

As I mentioned earlier, with so many things being haywire and nothing else (excepting the PCB) but switches, relays, and insulated wire which you have pretty much checked out, it does seem that something is amiss on the card. If you were of a mind, you could take the circuitry side and copy that to a piece of transparent film. Then with the board component side showing and that film laid over it you could pencil out a schematic and maybe figure what on the board has failed.

If I run out of something to do, with the temps hitting 105 in the afternoons here, I cut my days short and come in. I might just see what I can come up with. Will stay in touch on this.

Hi Mark
Great news, I now have a fully functional auto up three point hitch, triggered either by turning the wheels past 30 degrees or putting the tractor into reverse.
Your comments about relays working with relays and your information on where the B wire went to that shows on page 6-25 and then picking it up on page 6-30 really helped.
That confirmed that those wires where the grounding side of the circuits not the power side.
And I should have looked here sooner, once I discovered that the PCB had been connected wrong when I purchased the tractor. Someone must have being doing so work on it and crossed the up motor and the control board connectors.
As you recall once I corrected this error, the up/down switch functioned correctly.
Also both you and I second guessed the low voltage at the front axle switch, which was only around 4 volts, but once working it reads about 11.5 volts.

Anyway, once I looked at the drawing on page 6-30, i knew it had to be something with this, as the backup buzzer and lights had been on all the time until I pulled the fuse for that circuit.
However doing that, broke the chain of the auto circuit so that it couldn't function.
I replace the fuse with a good one, and also changed out the relay, and as they say Bob's you Uncle.
Tested the system as I was putting everything back together piece by piece in case there was any bad connectors or broken wires, and it was still working once everything was buttoned down and the seat installed.

So mystery solved with only the cost of a few fuse and a relay, and about 8 hours of testing, etc.
Cheap considering I was almost ready to order that PCB.

Can't thank you enough for all your time on this, and in the future I will try to remember to check all fuses etc regardless of what they say they control as I now know that auto lift is tied into two fuse and each one needs to be good for it to work.

Next is looking into the auto PTO stop system, but that is for another day.

All the best and thanks Mark
