Hi Mike
Going to look into this again now for a while.
The issue of the coating/spill on the PCB, in the photo you can see that the wires have some sort of paste on them, is thick and sticky, and i think that is what overtime and heat was rain across the pcb. I don't think it is the source of the PCB not working.
I am going to do a few more tests, and voltage reading.
One on the steering axle, that voltage is measured on the harness with the switch disconnected from it and I am going to do that test again.
Also I am going to reinstall the reverse light fuse, which i removed a few weeks back as the back up lights stay one as well as the buzzer.
This happened after I installed a new trailer light connector on the back of the tractor. Many i created some sort of short in that work, but as that connector also has a inline connector on the harness, easy enough to disconnect my work and then see if that effect anything. I know the buzzer will stop.
I am soon going to put everything back together as I need the loader soon for some work i have to do here on the farm.
Wish me luck and I will respond later today
Douglas
