THUMB FOR CASE BACKHOE

Anyone have plans to make a thumb for Case Super K hoe? Wanting it to be non-hydraulic and easily removable. Only one I have found is made by amulet. It works by pinning to digging bucket ram. Cost? Don't know yet!

Im copying one for a friends Cat hoe with the extenda hoe that cant use the standard stiff leg design. I have the parts pre made except the links to crowd the thumb. I have to do everything in 3/4 plywood first the trial and error way. My pattern burner traces this pattern out into the 1 inch and 3/4 inch plate for my thumbs. I just made a set of side plates for a thumb and it fits my PC 50 Komatsu excavator, my 3550 Ford Backhoe and my friends 97Cat 416 hoe. If its works out good Id be glad to burn you out a set of side plates. Im not very familiar with a SuperK is it an extendahoe as well?

Here is a link to a backhoe thumb website that has fixed thumbs and examples of how they can be operated hydraulically as well.

A search on Ebay for "backhoe thumb" will find some of what look to be the same items for sale there.
