More than likely Shield has the answer but I am mulling over purchasing a basic tig setup for my stick 200ST. Maybe I shouldn't cause I don't even know what to ask for but was wondering and thinking seeing that Shield was ordering some sort of TIG setup what would be recommended for my 200ST (is it even powerful enough?)

I have that exact same flow meter, and a smaller 17V torch, as my Everlast is just the 160 amp. Works for me. There is a learning curve, but once you get going, you will enjoy TIG, it is actually fun. Oh sure, there is no foot pedal control, and no HF start, but a while back everyone used a TIG rig set up this way. And many still do.
