Tiller? Box Blade? Pulveriser?

I know this is an old post but i was looking for ideas for my track. and all that we use on our track is a box blade and disc... I would love to have a spring harrow but don't want to pay the money for one bc it will only be used on our track. we have a guy come out once a year to completely rebuild the face of all the jumps and the whoops. but for the rest of the year the box blade works best with just the rippers down don't have the blade on the ground

If you are looking for something that will rip up the ground, break down the dirt clods a bit, and harrow it to a nice finish (horse arena quality finish) then i may have the product for you. I sell a product I call the Jake Rake that does all of that and can be used in a wide variety of chores. I used to have a King Kutter 4' XB box blade but sold it after i put a blade on my Jake Rake. I have several rakes available in all sizes, check out my website in my signature to see if it would be something you are interested in.

my 72" tiller makes for moto perfection until you push all the super soft dirt to the outside of the corner. then you just loose the front end on the hardpack that is left 6" down because you forget it is there. I am going to experiment with a disk when i find one cheap on craigs list. i think i could travel way faster with a disk and maybe a small i beam behind it like the local ama tracks use. there may be no help for the hard dirt i have at my place, but all the jump faces hold up awesome! i do love my 6ft box blade though. i can rip and scoop the dirt into a big mound faster than i can push and pile with the front loader. it also works well for smoothing things out.

after looking at his site i would think something like the jake rake would work well if you want to rip the track up super deep like a pro national.
