I agree with Dave - you can make do with a tiller that isn't as wide as your tires.

I have a 36" tiller on my Kubota B6100 with an outside tire width of about 48". I can't offset my tiller.

That doesn't cause me a problem, though. In my vegetable garden, I plant in beds that are about 3' wide and there is a "walking space" between them. The tiller tills the beds and the tires run in the walking space.

When I've needed to till a larger area, I steer a slightly curved track. This makes the tiller run in the area following the outside rear wheel. By tilling from the outside in and overlapping slightly I get a nearly track-free tilled area.
