you pay money for a machine, you use it. when they buy their own, they use theirs. works out pretty good.

The easiest way to go with a time share on a tractor is just like the time shares with condos in resort areas, charge a huge fee for a stated amount of time and then a huge fee for the maintenance. For the amounts that they charge you could rent a place cheaper each year.
