Another question...
Some of my grass is on a hill. If I remove the FEL and Backhoe on my BX-24 will it seem less top heavy... less likely to tip, or should I leave the backhoe on on swing it either uphill or downhill ???

Thanks

My BX22 felt much more tipsy with the backhoe, and loader mounted. It was very stable with both removed. The mmm will help lower the center of gravity too. I did have loaded tires on the rear, and expect that helped too.

Do you have loaded tires? That will definatly help. If you leave the BH swing it up hill...if you leave the FEL on keep it as low to the ground as possible. Its all about getting the center of gravity as low as you can. But as chuck said if you take them off it will probably feel and be more stable....

The best thing you can do is not mow cross the slope try and angle across the slope or mow straight up and down.

Good Luck

Thanks... Can I load the tires myself or is it a dealer job ?? Will the additional weight tear up the lawn ?
