Your beef is with the tire manufacturer, not Kubota. The tire manufacturer should warranty them. Find a dealer for that brand (locally if possible) and have them look at them.
I bought a boat & trailer a few years back and the trailer tires started "checking" in the second year. Local tire dealer replaced them both no charge.
