Chris,

Can you enlighten me more on the foam filled option. I am thinking of switching my turf tires to R-4's for a bit more traction. If, in fact, my current ballast is Calcium Chloride I will be getting rid of it. I live in Washington and freezing temperature's are somewhat irregular. I also park inside one of my extra garage bays so freezing shouldn't be an issue.
