They now have the symptoms of a company going out of business. Unresponsive, not returning calls or emails.

I bought a 3 point trimmer mower from them a few months back.
No issues, got what I ordered quickly.

I bought a pair of bucket forks from them last year. Shipping was prompt, no issues, good quality.
But, I purchased a flail mower going on three months ago. There was a pin missing (no big deal) and there was a broken U-joint guard which they said they would replace. Two weeks went by and no guard yet. Emailed them and got a sales order for a new guard but no shipping date. Another week and a half and I called. They said they "are looking into it" and will call me back. Time goes by and I called again (increasingly difficult to get through) and was told the parts manager is "looking into it" and will call me back. As of yesterday they will not return calls and I can't get through. Seems that their after sale customer support is wanting. Curious if they are even taking orders. This is frustrating because I can't, nor do I want to, use the mower without the guard.

I bought the pallet forks a couple of years ago. I have had a consistent problem with the entire assembly coming loose and falling completely off when using on semi rough ground.

Have to be very careful when using them, wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
Having said that, their shipping and ordering depts. were fine.

Yes, I couldn't agree more. Shipping and ordering was great. It's the after sale support that seems to be lacking.

I think your on to something about 5 years ago I bought a set of forks for my JD 4400 I had. It was good quality, good price, and fast shipping. Same goes for logging receiver I bought a while back. But about 2 months ago I ordered a ballast box over the phone because there web sight wouldn't let me use the discount code. I stayed on hold for about 45 minutes. Never received a conformation email or anything. I tried calling after a week or so kept getting a machine telling me they were closed for training. Same thing happened the next day. When I would check my account it would say no order placed. 3 days later I sat on hold for another 45 minutes and a woman answered and I told her my concerns she said you will get it within 2 weeks and hung up on me. I got it about 3 weeks after I ordered it when before I would get stuff within 3 days. Its a really nice ballast box and well worth the money. Maybe there under new management or something to go from a great company to a company you cant contact and get hung up on.

They did have an issue where they were made too big. You just need a metal shim welded in and you will not have this problem, people who called did receive some money back to fix. I think they have always had this issue with customer service. I bought the pallet fork, bale spear with 2 inch receiver combo. It’s been great.

Ive never had an issue. Ordered forks, 60hp auger, 6ft landscape rake, and 2 different receiver attachments for towing the trailers. All were great. Last item was bought probably 6 months ago. Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Well, I guess no news was good news. I received a new guard and installed it. Fit perfectly. It's all good now and they are forgiven, although it would have been nice for them to tell me it it was shipped. I'm not a mind reader.

We’ve got Titan 48” x 4000 lb. pallet forks, Titan 72” PF extensions, and Titan Stump Bucket. All fit and work very well, no hookup issues.
