I've purchased several pieces from Titan, including this same flail mower, and have been pleased with all...... EXCEPT for the fact that Titan does not stock or even make available parts for their equipment. I dinged (pretty badly) most of my hammers cutting 5 acres of a rocky field. Titan will only replace these if it is a warranty issue (1 year from purchase). Obviously damage caused by trying to break rocks is not going to hold up as a warranty issue. I was pretty disappointed to learn this. Not being able to supply replacement wear parts for their equipment is a pretty poor business model by my way of thinking. If anyone knows of a good source for replacement hammers for these mowers I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks...... Gary

I ordered a flail mower from Titan back in May. Showed up looking like it was dragged down the road behind a truck. Most of the hardware was missing. They sent me some of what I needed after contacting them. Still waiting on the rest. Its a cheap POS but it cuts my field.

I am so sorry you went through all that. I wish Mathews was still selling small flail mowers as they were always of high build quality. Mine is 46+ years old.

Oh geeze, I am so sorry to hear that. That is why I like to see buyers/TBN members purchase American or European flail mowers.

I was told Titan will not supply parts, other than the extremely limited selection they have on their website. They can do warranty repairs, but won't sell parts to the end user. It's too bad, because they do have access to all the parts.
