Titan SSQA kit

It was shipped on a tractor trailer on a pallet.

Interesting, I got an email from Titan claiming it ships via FedEx Ground. And they also told me they aren't allow to specify terminal pickup.

So. Are there any complaints about the titan as far as quality? I probably should of assed before now, because I just ordered a $#!+ load of stuff from them today. LOL

Well if you read my post the QA that I got wouldn't hitch up to the QA plate that I also got from them as there was a gusset in the way on the lower portion of the QA assembly not allowing the face to mount flush to the plate. I emailed them about it and they were willing to rectify it right away, however I did not care about that and was going to butcher the thing anyway to save some weight for my lifting capacity, so those gussets were just trimmed off and really did nothing for the overall strength of the unit. The QA works great for me. I love the QA but there is no way I'm willing to pay 8-900$ for one. I think I have 5-600 in modifying 3 attachments with new QA plates and the QA for my loader all together, much cheaper.

I was originally quoted from "everything attachments" $2900 for the QA for my 744 loader.

I then found Thor Attachments. The universal one you have to adapt your loader mounts to was 495 and one made to pin on my tractor was 695.

I then stubbled across Titan and their universal one you have to adapt your loader mounts to was 319. Hard to beat that price, was just a little worried about the quality in front of my 60hp tractor

The one I got was different than what was pictured. Im not sure if the one pictured was just a prototype or what but the one I received is heavy as **** and I was even worried about it being too heavy for my 32hp tractor, hence me cutting everything off I knew I didn't need. I'm thinking this was made more for a skidsteer its so heavy. I don't think you'd have any issues with a 60hp tractor.

edit- it weight nearly 150lbs btw, lots of metal there.

They said it was more than 150lbs so it could NOT go UPS. It had to go truck freight, so I guess that is a good sign

So far I am VERY disappointed. Ordered it 4/7. They said the SSQA was back ordered till 4/9 or 4/10. Well I emailed yesterday(4/15) because I haven't heard anything. They called me back last night assuring me that the part came in and was shipping yesterday. I got a return email with a tracking #. The tracking # just shows "Awaiting departure from KNOXVILLE, TN" It said that last night and again today. I hope their products are better than their customer service

Good luck with that. I will be hard pressed to buy anything else from Titan. When I am at a full sized keyboard instead of the tablet I will share my experiences with them.
